The ErP directive EU 2019/2020 and the energy efficiency labeling directive EU 2019/2015 have been promulgated in 2019. • Relaxation of SVM strobe requirements: from September 1, 2021, SVM is less than or equal to 0.9; from September 1, 2024, SVM is less than or equal to 0.4.
• Market spot check procedure: The deviation requirement of SVM and Pst LM is changed from not exceeding the declared value +10% to +0.1.

• Unlike Article 11(13)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1369, when suppliers put light source products on the market, they shall provide them with EU 874/2012 label before August 31, 2021, and in 2021 Provide it with a new version of the energy efficiency label before September 1, 2015. If there is no light source product of the same model or the same model on the market before July 1, 2021, the supplier can choose to affix the new version of the energy efficiency label to the light source that has been placed on the market from July 1 to August 31, 2021; In this case, distributors cannot sell these light source products before September 1, 2021.
• Clause 3- 2(a) "Information on the Light Sources Contained in Containing Products Provided by Suppliers" will be enforced from March 1, 2022.
• Add some information requirements to the technical documents in Appendix VI.
